Service Overview
The VIP Airport Concierge Service by Wonderful Japan Tours is designed to provide a smooth, stress-free arrival experience for international visitors to Japan.
A dedicated concierge welcomes you at the arrival gate or boarding bridge immediately after your flight lands.
Your concierge will personally assist you with:

Guide you through immigration and customs procedures and provide assistance whenever needed.

Guidance through the arrival lobby
After exiting customs, you will be introduced to our meet-and-greet staff, who will escort you to your pre-arranged transportation, including a private chauffeur, taxi, charter vehicle, or other transportation service.

IMPORTANT – ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED
Arrival Concierge Service requires advance airport arrangements and must be booked at least 5 days prior to the scheduled flight arrival.
Service confirmation is subject to availability and will be completed only after quotation approval, payment confirmation, and receipt of all required passenger and flight information.
Please note that requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled flight arrival cannot be accepted.
