Wonderful Japan ToursのTokyo Station Meet & Greetは、新幹線や列車で東京駅に到着されるお客様をお迎えし、ホテルまたはご指定の目的地までスムーズにご案内するプレミアムミートサービスです。

事前にお知らせいただいた列車情報をもとに、専任スタッフがお客様の到着に合わせて東京駅の到着ホームまでお迎えに伺います。

お客様と合流後、広く複雑な東京駅構内をご案内しながら、ご予約の専用車までエスコートいたします。

専用車にご乗車後は、ホテルまたはご指定の目的地まで快適にお送りいたします。

大きなお荷物をお持ちのお客様、初めて東京を訪れるお客様、ご家族連れ、VIPゲスト、ビジネスでお越しのお客様など、東京駅到着後の移動を安心してお任せいただけるサービスです。

Service Overview

Wonderful Japan Tours' Tokyo Station Meet & Greet service provides a smooth and comfortable arrival experience for guests arriving at Tokyo Station by Shinkansen or other train services.

Based on the train information provided in advance, our dedicated meet-and-greet staff will be ready to welcome you at your arrival platform.

After meeting you, our staff will guide you through Tokyo Station and personally escort you to your pre-arranged private vehicle.

Your private vehicle will then take you comfortably to your hotel or designated destination.

This service is ideal for first-time visitors to Tokyo, guests traveling with luggage, families, VIP guests, and business travelers who prefer a seamless transfer from the train to their destination.

• ご予約時に列車名・列車番号・到着時刻等をご入力ください。

• 列車の運行状況を確認し、遅延にも可能な範囲で対応いたします。

• お待ち合わせ場所の詳細は、ご予約確定後にご案内いたします。

• 駅の運用状況、入場制限その他の事情により、ホームでのお迎えができない場合は、駅構内の指定場所でのお迎えとなる場合があります。

• 大型荷物や多数のお荷物をお持ちの場合は、事前にお知らせください。

Important Notes

• Advance reservation is required.

• Please provide your train name/number and scheduled arrival time at Tokyo Station when making your reservation.

• We will monitor your train status and accommodate delays whenever reasonably possible.

• Detailed meeting instructions will be provided after your booking is confirmed.

• If platform access is restricted due to station operations or other circumstances, our staff will meet you at a designated location inside Tokyo Station.

• Please inform us in advance if you will be traveling with large or multiple pieces of luggage.
